Here’s what we’re serving up today 🍲: if you a) are a relatively small investor and b) have some spare time, we’re gonna show you the most underrated strategy to make money in crypto.

Let’s dig in.

🥔 Today’s meat and potatoes

Get smarter on crypto in 2 minutes

We’ve explained airdrops in the past.

They’re ways for crypto projects to incentivize adoption.

In exchange for using some protocols early, users are rewarded with free crypto transferred to their wallets.

(again, read this if that doesn’t make sense).

And ZkSync is one of the most anticipated airdrops in crypto.

ZkSync is a layer 2 blockchain with over 1.5 million users.

(Layer 2 blockchains are tools that help layer 1s - like bitcoin and Ethereum - get bigger and faster)

Their airdrop isn’t confirmed, but there’s broad consensus it’s going to happen sooner or later.

It’s possible a lot of users end up making $3-$5K on the airdrop.

And here’s how you can qualify for it with as little as $100:

Step 1: Bridge some $ETH from the Ethereum network over to ZkSync using the official bridge.

You’ll need some $ETH which you can get on any big exchange or decentralized exchange like Uniswap. You can then bridge your ETH to ZkSync using the official bridge.

(“bridges” allow you to move funds from one blockchain to another)

You will now have ETH on the ZkSync Era Mainnet and can play around with the ZkSync ecosystem, all of which is likely to make you eligible for the airdrop.

Step 2: Bridge your $ETH from the ZkSync Era Mainnet to ZkSync Lite using Orbofi.

Step 3: Mint an NFT using Pinata

Simply sign up, upload a file, and copy the NFT Content Identifier.

Then head over to your NFT wallet and, click “Mint NFT” and copy the Content Identifier from Pinata.

Step 4: Trade some funds on ZigZag

Exchange some of your $ETH for $USDC. Then change it right back.

Step 5: Bridge your $ETH from Lite back to the Era Mainnet using Orbofi

Same as Step 2, but in reverse.

Step 6: Trade some funds on SyncSwap

Exchange some of your $ETH for $USDC. Keep it in USDC if you like, or change it back.

And that’s it.

There’s TONS more you can do.

But if you do the above:

• a few times a week (at best) or

• at least every two weeks

… then you should qualify for the airdrop (no guarantee, of course).

You can also take it a lot further and check out this Miro board that has a bunch of additional steps.

For example, one of them is to mint the NFT of a crytpo game, and just play.
