π Our top 3 crypto resources
the easiest way to make $35
GM everyone. This is 2036, the newsletter that pays you.
Today we want to do something a little different. We're going to be sharing with you our favorite resources in the crypto space.
You see, the Internet is FLOODED with information. This is what your brain looks like trying to fend off the abundance of clickbait, gossip, trivia, and news:

If we're not careful, we can end up spending wayyyyy too much time consuming information that has zero impact on our quality of life. Junk.
The news is the worst. As the OG Naval Ravikant puts it - the goal of the media is to make every problem your problem.
So smart, Naval.
That's why we need to carefully curate our content diet to protect our little π§ from overload, paralysis by analysis and, ultimately, shitty decisions.
This is a constant area of growth for us. It's easy to fall into bad habits and pay attention to too much. So we're gonna share some of the core resources that work well for us.
Resource #1 - A carefully curated Twitter feed
If you want to learn anything about crypto, Twitter is the place to be. That doesn't mean you should be on there all the time (on the contrary), but it's where developers, coders, and investors share insights.
In fact, you'll notice that most news articles are just interactions from Twitter taken out of context and published a few days late.
The problem is that the Twitter feed is quite chaotic and bombarded with stuff you didn't ask to see.
So we use Mailbrew (no affiliation, btw!) to get Tweets from a selection of accounts delivered straight to our inbox every morning. This means we don't need to go on Twitter - we get it all via email (you can do the same for Youtube by the way).
Here are some of the accounts we've added to our Mailbrew:
Punk6529 - arguably the most highly regarded Anon account in NFT-land
Balaji Srinivasan - former CTO of Coinbase, in his own words "investor in everything"
The Defi Edge - a great account on all things DeFi
Arthur Hayes - billionaire founder of Bitmex (writes good stuff on Medium)
Vitalik Buterin - the lanky king, founder of Ethereum
Lyn Alden - investment strategist
Ryan Selkis - founder of Messari (does good analyses on all things regulatory/politics)
Raoul Pal - founder of Real Vision, and global macro investor
There are lots of amazing accounts we've left out. But if you're looking to deepen your crypto expertise - this a good place to start.
Resource #2: Great podcasts to watch many times
Sometimes, all we need is a reminder of the bigger picture or the reason why we do certain things. In that case, it's useful to come back to some of the smartest thinkers on any topic. Here's a short list on crypto.
Balaji's first two appearances on the Tim Ferriss podcast:
Michael Saylor on UpOnly:
Chris Dixon and Naval Ravikant on the Tim Ferriss Podcast:
Resource #3: Articles, blog posts & other timeless resources
If you need some knowledge easily refreshed, it can be useful to have a few great articles at hand to refer back to. Here are some of our current favorites:
... and many, many more.
This is not an exhaustive list of course. It's a short list of some of the resources that we use to learn, grow and get smarter on crypto over time.
But if you're looking for a place to start - these aren't terrible places to do it.
So here's today's task:
β Task: earn $35 for replying to this email with YOUR favorite resources!
We'd love to hear from you. So today's task is simple: just reply to this email, say hi and tell us what YOUR favorite resources are.
We don't claim to have all the answers. On the contrary, we're always learning.
And if your resource is awesome, we'll post it here sometime.
We'll pick one random person who responds and give them $35 in BTC.
TGIF.
Enjoy your weekend everyone, and see you on Monday.
Alex.
P.S.: Congrats to Thomas and Benjiman for winning the prizes on Wallet Wednesday! π
